When you purchase products from CoDicts, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Plugin Licensing:

CoDicts products are typically licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2.0 or later, unless otherwise stated.

2.Warranty:

CoDicts products are sold without any warranty, implied or explicit, and we are not responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues with third-party plugins, themes, or browsers. We are also not responsible for any data loss or personal loss resulting from the use of CoDicts products. We provide support at our discretion in case of conflicts with third-party software, but we are not liable for any loss of profits or revenue, loss of business or opportunities, or loss of customers or clients.

3. Support:

CoDicts products are sold “as is,” and support and updates are granted for one year from the original purchase date based on the license you have purchased. You must renew your license to continue receiving support and updates after one year. Lifetime Licenses are a one-time charge and do not require renewal. Support and updates are provided as long as the product is actively sold and in development, and the user has an active license for the product.

4.Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal:

CoDicts products are sold as automatically recurring subscriptions, with the exception of Lifetime licenses. License subscriptions renew annually unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancelling a subscription will terminate access to updates and support when the license expires.

5.License Usage:

CoDicts grants a non-transferable license to use the software for internal use, as defined in the chosen license package. If the package allows for use on multiple sites, the license extends to all sites owned by the purchaser.

6. Delivery

After we have processed your payment successfully, you will receive an email with your order details and other purchase information (such as a receipt) within a few minutes. Your license key is available in your account area along with your plugin downloads. You can download the plugin by logging into the account created for you when purchasing the plugin and clicking on the appropriate link.

Should you not receive an email containing your information, you can contact us through our website. If you do not receive your license key after 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us through our website.

7. Ownership

All plugins sold on CoDicts are the property of CoDicts. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our products. All products are property of CoDicts. They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or losses that occur due to the use or inability to use our products.

8. Site Content

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of CoDicts and is protected by international copyright laws. No part of this website may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means without the express written permission of the owner.

9. Price Changes

CoDicts reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a plugin subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent.

10. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 14 days of your purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

11. Our Refund Policy

We are confident in the quality of our digital products, but due to their nature, we have a limited refund policy that we strictly adhere to. Refunds will be provided at our sole discretion and only if you meet the following conditions:

– You are within 14 days of the original purchase date of the plugin.
– Refunds cannot be granted after 14 days of the original purchase.
– We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments (Single Site, 3 Site, Unlimited Sites). You may cancel automatic subscription renewal by logging into your account.
– You have an issue that we cannot resolve within 7 days, making the system unusable. We may ask questions to improve the plugin in the future.
– You have contacted our support team to resolve the issue(s). If we are unable to solve the issue in a timely manner (within 7 days), we will grant the refund request.
– Technical issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, hosting environment, or other software do not qualify for a refund.
– Changing your mind or deciding not to use the product does not qualify for a refund.
– You agree to deactivate and uninstall the plugin from your site if a refund is granted.

Refunds are at our sole discretion and are not available for the All Access Pass. By purchasing plugins from our site, you agree to this refund policy and waive any rights to challenge it. We are not responsible for any exchange rate differences between the time of purchase and refund.

12. Emails

We may send you emails related to the purchase of our products or updates, promotions, and new CoDicts products or services. We will never sell or release your email to third-party vendors. You may opt-out of these emails at any time.

13. License Agreement

By purchasing our products, you agree to our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change or modify the terms without prior notice or consent.

14. Severability

If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, the remaining clauses shall remain binding.

15. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to an event beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, terrorism, war, civil unrest, uprising, earthquake, flood, or other natural or man-made events. The affected party will inform the other and comply with the terms of any agreement.

16. UK Based Company

The laws of the UK govern these terms and conditions. You consent to these terms and conditions and the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts for disputes. If any term is deemed invalid, the remaining terms will apply. Failure to enforce any provisions does not waive them. These terms cannot be amended except in writing signed by authorized representatives of the company.
